The Validity Seal

do not take the validity seal lightly for it is no gimme

  • ALL REVIEWS HAVE THE ANONOMYOUS OPEN FORUM FOR TWO WEEKS WITH AN EMAIL BEING SENT TO ALL PAYING PATRONS AND ALL STAFF TO BE FILLED OUT IF THEY SO CHOOSE.

To maintain the integrity of our programs, several certifications and practices are mandated:

  • Due Diligence Fingerprint (Livescan) checks
  • Sexual Harassment-Free Certification
  • Concussion-Free Policy Certification
  • First Aid/AED/CPR Certification (offered free in certain situations, and at affordable rates in others)

Additionally, we prioritize transparency and accessibility by providing:

  • Access to board meetings and schedules, allowing patrons to engage actively in decision-making processes.
  • Detailed travel schedules for travel leagues, including discounted rates for group lodging and comprehensive information on travel arrangements.
  • Transparency regarding funding allocation and coach compensation, ensuring accountability and trust within the organization.

Coaches play a vital role in upholding the values of the Validity Seal. Their responsibilities include:

  • Attending clinics focusing on basic fundamentals such as throwing technique, foundational concepts, and strategic planning.
  • Learning effective communication strategies, particularly in interactions with umpires, to set a positive example for athletes.

The value of our programs lies in their ability to deliver tangible benefits and foster a supportive environment:

  • Programs must provide tangible benefits to participants and stakeholders, promoting growth and development in both skills and character.
  • They must foster inclusivity, ensuring that all individuals feel valued and respected within the organization.
  • Our programs aim to instill values that transcend athletics, contributing to the holistic development of participants.

To assess and enhance the value of our programs, we employ various evaluation methods:

  • Conducting surveys and interviews to gather feedback from participants, parents, and coaches.
  • Tracking participant retention rates over time to gauge program effectiveness and satisfaction.
  • Assessing the overall impact on participants’ lives beyond athletic performance, measuring growth in personal development areas.
  • Comparing program outcomes and offerings with industry standards and best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
